We are looking for a highly organized and motivated person to help manage the day-to-day operations of one of Hampton Roads’ busiest entertainment booking companies.
Responsibilities Include:
✅ Answering phones & emails
✅ Managing contracts & booking info
✅ Updating spreadsheets & Google Drive
✅ Organizing schedules & calendars
✅ Assisting with bands, DJs & event logistics
✅ Tracking leads and ongoing projects
Requirements:
✔ Strong computer skills
✔ Google Sheets / Google Drive experience
✔ Organized & detail-oriented
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
🎵 Hospitality or entertainment experience
🎵 Office/admin background
🎵 Experience with scheduling or CRM systems
📍 Hampton Roads, VA (Must live in market)
