Virginia Beach Conservatory of Dance The Conservatory of Dance was established over 40 years ago. The Conservatory strives to promote good dance training in the Hampton Roads area.

We enroll all year long and have drop in classes available. Professional Dance studio in the Virginia Beach Area. We are located on the corner of Baxter Road and Princess Anne Road in the Kempsville Marketplace beside Farm Fresh. We offer classes for ages 3-Adult. Classes available are: Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Acro, and Modern.

Hi Everyone,
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I miss so many of you and think about the studio all the time. Luckily, I have been teaching at Academie De Ballet, love it there. My Mom passed away last year and I moved back home. It has been quite an adjustment moving back and selling my Mom's house. I struggle everyday with her being gone but, she is no longer in pain. I've stayed busy teaching, going to Vegas often, having a garage built, and restoring my 68 Camaro. Hope to hear from some of you and get an update on all your wonderful news. Love to All, Susan

Hi Everyone,
It's been a while and wanted to give you an update. Last year after I sold the studio, my husband and I left for a long vacation. We went to Florida for a few days then hopped a ship. Finally got to go to Haiti and Jamaica. We returned to the port and stayed on our ship for the Rock Legends Cruise. We had a wonderful time. While on our Cruises, we made many plans, my retirement party, Moms 80th Birthday, etc. Well, we returned in March and lockdown happened. So many plans gone..........I am still living at my Moms and caring for her. It is a 24 hour job. My husband and another friend help. This year April, I fractured my foot. This put me out of commission for 3 months, then put on boot after many weeks of not walking, it is still, to this day not right. Needless to say, this left my poor husband (who caused the fracture..lol) to have to pull all my jobs plus the things he does. Never a dull moment. I hope all is well with everyone. I miss you all so much. Drop me some comments and let me know.
