The Christmas Cake is Done!!! That is what Anna calls it!!! It is Casey grandma chocolate cake recipe!!! O what I would give to go back to the day she showed me how to make it!!! One think is for sure I would have paid better attention and made better notes!!! Please please please don’t take a food gift for granted!! More times then none a lot of love and time and hard hard work went in to it!!! So for Christmas almost every year this is what Casey Grandma would gifted to her family!!! She would make multiples of these cakes and gift them. Her grandson would always get one because she knew how much he loved the cake. As I make this cake this year the work that went into that and love just overwhelmed me!!!! I have only taking this tradition on after she past. No no I am not making Multiples of these as gifts. I will only be making one for that little boy later man that she loved because I love him just as much as she did!!! Merry Christmas !!! Love you more!!! Anna helped and we did make tiny one for her!!! I hope she keeps this tradition going!!! We miss you Grandma!!!
