I’m still reeling from last night’s reception and ribbon cutting ceremony! So many of you showed up to help celebrate this momentous occasion and it made my heart happy.
A few years ago, Ben and I went up north where we saw a cute little art alley in a small town. We immediately thought, “Someone should do this to the pedestrian alley in Chelsea!” It kept popping up in my head that “someone” really needed to do this. I even considered pressing the Chamber on it. Then a grant was made available to me thanks to the and I knew immediately what needed to be done with it! That “someone” that needed to do something about the alley turned out to be me. I had wanted to say this last night but after Terris from Chamber spoke and I was already getting watery eyes, there was no way. So thank you everyone for all the big and small ways you’ve helped! You know who you are! Now I need to go find my tissue box 😉🥲🤗.

The Art Alley officially launched yesterday during the first Sounds & Sights of the season, transforming downtown Chelsea into a vibrant outdoor art experience!
