🍀 Hello, my favorite friends,
Wishing you a Magical spring season. We are sharing that we have officially retired from our entertainment business, Colors & Co, after 30+ years. We've met some beautiful souls along the way.

💥 We've noticed our website contact page has been sending inquiries to the spam folder, recently and I have answered as many as I found, weeks later. We hope this post will help with planning your upcoming events, and for the future.

🍕Thank you for 30+ wonderful years, we are still located in the Chelsea area, everyone is healthy and whole, and feel free to visit us at our family's restaurant, Thompson's Pizzeria. We pop in every now and then. Best. Pizza. Ever.

💕 Our puppies are born, there were just 3, one didn't make it, there is no guarantee.

⚽ Our two little boys, look like dalmatians and their dad, they're bouncing all over, their sweet, puppy pad.

💔 The first one was breached, she kind of got stuck, we tried our very best, CPR, but no luck.

⏳To the vet we go, two hours went by, the ultrasound said distressed, a C-section, they'll apply.

☯️ Dr. Rhode is the best and she wasted no time, it's a hard story to tell, that's why it's in rhyme.

💥 Sharing a new venture: We are away on sabbatical, living amongst the faeries and raising monarch butterflies. 😂 For real.

Dexter Daze was our very 1st festival ever, booked in 1992 and our last in 2021, the only public event we accepted this year. We will not be at the Chelsea Fair, Clinton Fall Fest and few other consecutive events.

We will miss the kids but not the heat. We wanted to give friends a heads-up in advance.❤️ The animals say "hello" and are doing very well, and we will post their antics from time to time.

💫 A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, a clown was born. It was the year 1992, she had just earned the red nose, walked into Shirley's Boutique, in Dexter.

🚒 The clown asked for an application to the upcoming town festival, but instead of an app, Shirley called Loren Yates, the fire chief, out of the kitchen, to come down to her store.

🎭 Hired on the spot, to perform her Animal Magic Show for children of all ages, Colors has been performing at Dexter Daze for three decades and this Saturday will be her 30th year, at high noon, at the Gazebo Park.

🐾 Come if you dare for a day of fun, she's bringing her toy box full, and her animal menagerie. And you'll be entering into The Twilight Zone.💥

🐕‍🦺 I'm not so sure, do I really need more?
🐶 This last little dog, I really did score!
🐭 The others are actually Disney decor.
🛠️ The '50's vintage is in need of restore.
🖍️ The '98's autographed is of Disney lore.
🚫 And the one on right, I've not seen before.
💕 But the one in the middle, we seriously adore.

🐕 So, our daredevil dog, he's learning new feats, he barks on command, and does it for treats.

💥 His newest little stunt, he can really disappear, we hear his faint barking, and wasn't crystal clear.

📢 We searched inside closets. Did he crawl in the couch? He's crying for me to save him, is he caught in a pouch?

⏰ This went on for minutes, but it seemed like an hour, then realized he can climb, and went up the tower.

🪜 When we head down the stairway, to the first floor, he flies up the stairway, but he takes the wrong door.

🦤 He won't go down the stairs, and gets caught up above, he looks like a lost, little brown and white dove. 🤣

🐶 It was the ears at first, then it was the tail, the Ratchi toy breed, we went for a female.

🐾 Then out of the blue, came this tiny little runt, he stood out from the others and pulled this little stunt.

🥾 His somersaulted over, and peed on Bob's shoe, we looked at each other and then we just knew.

6️⃣ He was different than the others, there were only six, but this one, we didn't have to teach any tricks.

🐕 Yoda came with us, to check out the crew, she sniffed all the puppies and picked this one, too.

☯️ He's is definitely a Disney-dog, there was no turning back, we might name him Pluto or maybe Cracker Jack. 💕

Today's the day we came out to play, no sun shining and the skies are all gray. When it's humid outside our shells like it wet, our spots turn redder and the happier we get! We hope to see you all very soon, the August shows are still to resume.
