Throwback to the Baggies in the London Tube

Transparent post: I have not been in the mode of making consistent animation content. I’ve experimented with just hand sketching on my journal and transposing the sketches digitally. All that did was add an extra layer of difficulty to the editing process. I have not given up and I will continue to make animations if I have the ability to do so.

Even these sketches are independent ideas, it is poetic how they come together somehow. To be honest, I could turn this into a cohesive piece, but I’ve been sitting on these photos for a long time. Releasing them mentally relinquishes my responsibility to perfection these images.

As always, stay in your bag.

2 years in Massachusetts. It felt like 10 years and 20 seconds simultaneously. It has been the single greatest thing I’ve done in my life thus far. I feel like I am breaking out of the shell of self-deprication and exposing myself to this world. Though my skin is sensitive to the new air, I am healing from the wounds once masqueraded. Getting in my bag has become a life style and I hope you find your bag as well.

The Bantu knots were also fitting as I recently discovered my ancestry as Western Bantu among other ethnic groups in Africa.
