Did you know? The building that houses The Vintage Grand Room has quite a remarkable history!
Built in 1889 (the same year Washington became a state), this four-story beauty has lived many lives. It started as a grand hotel, then became a theater, and later returned to its hotel roots. In the late 1990s, after a fire, a dedicated family lovingly restored it and turned it into an event venue.
In late 2017, our owners rebranded it as The Vintage Grand Room at Hotel Washington. While our name has changed, we've kept the history alive and well. Every corner of this space tells a story.
When you celebrate an event here, you're becoming a part of over 137 years of Chehalis history. We're honored to preserve this beautiful building while creating new memories for you. ✨
