Northland Players Summer Youth Theater will be holding auditions for their three week theater camp for the production of "The Fish" a Two Act Musical, on Wednesday, May 17th right after school at Bishop Baraga School.
Any student currently in 4th grade through graduating senior can participate. The purpose of the camp is to expose students to the different facets of theater that include vocal music, choreography, costuming, voice projection, and stage presence. culminating in the performance of the musical.
Rehearsals will take place from 3:00 - 5:30 Monday through Friday, beginning May 18th through June 7th. Performances are June 8th and 9th at 7:00 pm in the high school auditorium.
There is no fee to participate other than the cost of a t-shirt, which is optional.
All those who try-out get a part, but need to realize that it is a three week commitment. Any questions text 231-445-2315.

The Drama Club would like to thank everyone who came out and supported our Haunted Barn fundraiser and canned food drive. Below, you can see the blank slate we started with and the food that we collected and just donated. The students did an amazing job turning an empty barn into such a fun event. We had almost 300 people attend, and the funds will help the Drama Club continue to put on amazing shows. We would also like to thank Cheboygan County for letting us use the fairgrounds for our event. See you at our December show!🎅
