Attention residents! Please be advised that the Splash Pad will conclude its seasonal operation today, with hours of operation from 1pm to 5pm, weather permitting. Thank you for a wonderful and safe summer. We look forward to welcoming you back next year!

Calling all football players!

A free football summer camp will be offered for children ages 7 - 12 who are registered for 2025 youth tackle football through Terrebonne Parish Athletics.

This camp will take place on August 30 at the West Houma Gym (800 Williams Avenue) and will focus on conditioning and agility.

Campers should be dressed in shorts and shirt that will be comfortable enough to move in because the camp will have components that take place inside and outside with cleats and tennis shoes (no metal cleats). Bring water to stay hydrated!

Spots are limited, so sign up today!

Not sure about softball? No worries! Registration for Adult Kickball will begin in October!

Due to the upcoming 4th of July holiday next week, our monthly meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 25th at 6:30 p.m. at the fire station located at 5016 Highway 56, Chauvin, LA 70344.

Lagniappe Park Pickleball courts have been painted. Nets are now in place and ready for use. Hours of operation are from daylight to dark, Monday through Friday. On weekends, party bookings are from 11am-2pm or 2pm-5pm, and every third Saturday features the Market, while every fourth Thursday hosts the Church Food Distribution. If you wish to utilize the courts on weekends, you are welcome to do so before any scheduled parties, during early morning hours.
