✨Dolly Flash✨
It took me a few days to sit with the grief and decide if and how I wanted to do this. I don’t want to capitalize off of Dolly’s passing, but I do want to honor her in the best way I know how. I’m not much of a country music fan, but Dolly was an instrumental part of my childhood in Tennessee - from Dollywood with my cousins nearly every summer to getting books from her every month as a kid to growing up and seeing just how much she poured back into the people and community surrounding her.
One of her final requests to all of us was to donate to her Imagination Library to continue giving the gift of literacy and reading, so I’ll be donating all but $40-$60 (to cover my shop expenses) of the proceeds of each of these tattoos. That means $60 from every $100 tattoo and $140 from every $200 tattoo is going to the Imagination Library, as well as any additional donations or tips on these pieces. All of these pieces are repeatable, and available in either color or black and grey.
