TOMORROW! Celebrate String Theory’s Season 17 Finale with a bang! Join us as we bring together NINE All-Stars for a program that showcases the breadth, beauty, and bravura of chamber music for strings.

The program opens with Finnish composer Olli Mustonen’s Nonetto II. Written for nine solo string players, this work features warmly expressive melodies but also volleys of brash, energetic themes. Dvořák’s Terzetto in C Major offers a nostalgic shift in scale and timbre. For our grand Finale, eight musicians join forces for Mendelssohn’s Octet in E-flat Major, a work of astonishing brilliance and youthful exuberance.
