We can't believe it's been 3 years!

What started as a need for more conscious nightlife in Chattanooga turned into a whole non profit organization and thriving community! 🙌 It's been a wild ride, with many twists and turns, and it's all been so, so worth it.

Deep gratitude to all our volunteers who help make every dance happen. To our DJs who get the party bumpin. To our opening dance workshop facilitators, teaching us to open our bodies in new ways. To our closing sound healers, bringing us back to center. To our drink vendors for nourishing us. To our body workers for giving our bodies some extra love. To our board of directors for making us legit and making big decisions. To all of YOU our beautiful community for showing up and taking part in the magic! 🪄 We literally could not do this without all of you coming together, to help turn the dream into reality.

And a big thank you to our facilitators, for pouring so much energy, intention, resources, and love into this project. You are seen and appreciated. A very merry 3-Year Unbirthday to us! 🎂✨

Three years ago, we planted a seed for a space where bodies could move freely, without judgment, alcohol, performance, or masks. 🎭

This Friday, we celebrate our 3-Year Unbirthday, honoring every soul who has stepped onto this floor, contributed to the collective frequency, and made this community what it is today. Thank you for showing up, for letting loose, for partying with us in a holistic way! 🌟 We want to celebrate with you.

We can't believe it's been three years of intentional movement, breakthroughs, nervous system resets, building community and magic on the dance floor. 🪄🎶

Guiding our sonic journey this Friday is our very own co-founder, Katie Scott Katie Scott • shUShu🪽• Embodiment Mentor & DJ

shUShu crafts her sets as an embodied sanctuary, a permission slip to drop your guard and find your own medicine. Expect a vibrant tapestry weaving earth soundscapes, organica house, world fusion, medicine music remixes, and deep tribal bass, closing out with sound bath and guided meditation.

Don't be late for a very important date! ⏰ Three years ago, we tumbled down the rabbit hole together to create a conscious, vibrant sober nightlife space in Chattanooga. It’s been a wild, magical ride, and now it’s time to celebrate our 3 year unbirthday in the most fantastical of ways. Step through the looking glass for an evening of eccentric delights, whimsical play, and music that moves you.

We invite you to come in character! Costumes, with tea cup in hand, and your wonderfully weird self are highly encouraged!

Friday night vibes: Breath > Functional Movement > Full Freeform Expression 🪩

We’re kicking things off tomorrow night 9/18 with an opening embodiment session led by Luke Holliday to ground the nervous system and warm up the body through functional mobility.

Once we’re locked into our rhythm, Marc Wild takes the decks for a high vibe ecstatic dance set 🎶 expect the full 5-rhythms flavors for this one!

Arrive early at 6:30pm to settle in. You won’t want to miss the warmup.

Why do we keep coming back to the dance floor? 🌿

Some weeks we arrive bursting with energy, and others we show up heavy and tired. But still every time we step onto the floor, we let the waves of sound move through our being, and let go.

We do this because we need it. The dedicated space where we fully step into presence and let the mind rest, and the body gets to take the wheel.

Having this consistent movement practice is profound medicine. It gives us a space for somatic release, allowing us to physically shake off stagnancy and stress, process unspoken emotions, and reset our nervous systems. We get to witness and connect with our community in an authentic way, giving ourselves and each other permission to just be.

We don't dance to escape our lives; we dance to remember to live them fully. When you consistently show up for the dance, you are building a habit of showing up for yourself.

Anthony Reese Schneider draws on his deep roots in Chicago's Electro House scene to craft an immersive set focused on dancing with your Shadow energies.
