As a client…. And as a person just itself ….
If you message an artist… saying that all you would like is a tiny heart… proceed to get price quoted for that…. And then turn around and send a design with multiple things inside of it. That’s not even what was agreed-upon and still expecting the price to be the same….
I will be adding you to the block list.
It’s not fair to me or two other clients who would like to book you are blocking my schedule even when I have quoted you to stay within just a few more dollars more than what I quoted just because I wanted to not lose that client . 
However, that will not be happening anymore.
