Friday, September 4, 8-9pm, Offbeat Roadhouse welcomes the Bob Russell Quintet. This free event is open to all at 2244 Ivy Rd. You can also listen on WTJU 91.1 FM, stream via wtju.net, video stream on WTJU’s YouTube channel, or listen via the WTJU mobile app.
Aside from internationally respected guitarist Bob Russell, the ensemble features Liz Barnes on keys, trombonist Tom McKenzie, André La Velle on bass, and drummer Jim Howe, performing an assortment of jazz tunes ranging from Tin Pan Alley to Pat Metheny.
