Members meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month @ the Unitarian Universalist Church at 717 Rugby Rd. The "Hocus-Pocus" Club of Charlottesville (Society of American Magicians Assembly 115 ) holds monthly meetings on the first Friday of every month (at 6pm), so fellow and perspective magicians can exchange ideas, learn new magic effects, and enjoy the fellowship of other magicians. 120 Days till Christmas!!! Asking Santa to be able to go to The Kapital Kidvention again!!! This is the hands down best convention in the area for Children's Entertainers. This year they are having a Claus Track!!! This will be directed by Genma Stringer Homes and looks to be some stellar training. There is also a magician track, balloon artist track, face painters track, puppetry track, clowning track and nightly jam sessions to learn from the best in our industries. Deal Day is Sept 14th and those of us who go, watch this day like we use to watch the Jerry Lewis Telethon.

May’s Monthly meeting tonight 7pm. Unitarian Universalist Church @ 717 Rugby Rd. Charlottesville. As today is “ Revenge of the Sixth” day. The theme for the evening is “Use the Force”. Bring your favorite card force or forces. I will be bringing “The Cards of Destiny”. Everyone who comes will get a handout of the routine.
