ICTF - International Collegiate Theatre Festival ICTF is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for collegiate programs to showcase their productions on the world stage of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

For more than twenty years, we have provided the exciting opportunity for select performing arts programs and students to perform in front of the world’s largest festival audience. Spotlight on Hardin-Simmons University Theatre! HSU participated in ICTF for the 3rd time this summer. This fall, they produced five new shows the group saw in Scotland. New authors got some payment for the rights, students learned about that process, and folks back home in Abilene got to experience a tiny bit of the Fringe experience. They will also be producing a musical premiered by Rockford University Performing Arts (written by Ben Greiner, Rockford alum) later this season. Way to embody the spirit of the Festival Fringe!

Sitting on Victoria's Street Terrace watching a group of young people promoting their show while singing and dancing down the street. Periodically, the crowd jumps in and sings along. It's joyous and a great example of how to promote your show in Edinburgh!
