These colorful creations started as carefully chosen and cut pieces of glass, assembled and then headed into the kiln for their big transformation. The best part was seeing this sweet family pick up their finished projects and take home something they made together. 💛

There is something extra special about watching a class come full circle.
Our latest stained glass class just wrapped up, and these clips capture some of the process and the magic at the end. From first cuts to final solder lines, every piece tells a story of patience, problem-solving, and creativity coming to life.
We are so proud of what these students created—each panel completely unique and full of personality. It is always an honor to guide people through this process and watch their confidence grow alongside their skills.

Thank you to the amazing first graders from Charlottesville Day School for visiting our studio and creating their own beautiful glass suncatchers! It was such a joy to see their creativity shine and watch them explore the art of glass in such a hands-on way.
Experiences like this are why we love being a teaching studio—introducing young artists to the magic of glass fusing and giving them a space to create something truly their own. We hope to see you all again soon!

Fun vibes in the studio Friday + Saturday ✨ Tons of amazing projects coming to life and so many visitors getting creative with us! We loved seeing all the Billy Strings fans stopping in to create some glass before the show—definitely felt like a party in here 🎶🔥
