🎨 We’re so excited to partner again with ’s Early Visions program and to have artwork made by about 50 students from Southwood, Cherry Avenue, and Albemarle Campus Boys & Girls Clubs on view at Welcome Gallery this week. 🗓️ Stop by between 10AM-4PM from Wednesday-Friday to see artwork students made in collaboration with UVA student mentors. As always, gallery hours are free and open to the public.

✨ This is the 4th annual Early Visions exhibition at Welcome Gallery. In 2023, New City Arts Spring Intern and UVA student Lauren Campbell set an internship goal to create a new opportunity for young artists to present work at Welcome Gallery. Through her research, Lauren helped facilitate a partnership between New City Arts and The Fralin’s Early Visions program—a collaboration that continues today. Following her New City Arts internship, Lauren became a docent at The Fralin Museum of Art. She is now a first grade teacher.
