The creature parade is so close! Coming Thursday, April 23rd, 7-9pm right outside of UVA's Culbreth theater and parading to the Rotunda. Park your car in the culbreth garage (free and easy!) and walk on over for a silly and wonderful showcase of two very large mythical creatures with 5 smaller creature side kicks. Wear wings, a tutu, your work clothes, whatever! We want to see you, walk around with you and, with the help of some large creatures, remember that it's magical out here.

Bring your kids, bring your parents, lovers, and friends. Can't wait to see you there! New chapter loading.
I got to look at my own blood for the first time in my life under a microscope and to see not only what stress looks like in my body but also what 22 years of vegetarianism looks like (not as ideal as I would have thought).
I’ve met a charismatic mentor and I’m excited to start a journey of learning about blood, nutrition and hopefully how to help myself and others heal with food. I am thrilled and excited to be diving into something so new! And excited to see what wisdom exists around the gut biome and preparing food as medicine. Do you know anyone studying the gut? Or working with food as medicine who you admire? I’d love to hear about them!
1. Me heading to work in the arts. 2. My blood while stressed out- total spikey gremlin mode. 3. My blood after eating bison meat for the first time in my life (it felt incredible yall! My body is dying for iron!)
4. Burdock root! Incredible fiber source. 5. Eating a tasty meal with my favorite birds, learn how to compose a meal for healing.
6. Nothing like a hammock and rest ☀️✨
