We are so grateful to our generous audience and this exceptional cast for the success of today’s Villeins Lair Reading of AS YOU LIKE IT.

The laughter throughout and the after-show remarks on the the clarity of the story and characters — including one cast member who is working on a professional production of the same show claiming to hear things in it they had not heard before — these are the prizes that reward the work we Villeins do.

This talented troupe and these marvelous guest performers brought it all to life with wondrous wit and invigorating verve, all from the comfort of their seats on this stage.

JOIN US MAY 31 - for an intimate afternoon reading of Shakespeare’s AS YOU LIKE IT in the “Villeins Lair” (aka the Stage at WTJU) at 2:00 PM! TICKET LINK IN BIO!

Building on the cast of our selections from the play in last year’s NIGHTS OF VILLEINY review, we return to the forest of Arden to re-explore and -experience this timeless yet still timely tale of finding freedom and love despite an egomaniacal leader.
