This round of Vendor Spotlights leans into the chai lovers and the flower carriers - three more reasons The Charlotte Coffee Festival is about more than the bean.

In Brooklyn, Dona grinds single-origin spices fresh for every batch and slow-steeps chai that refuses to be rushed.
It’s flowering rolls in from Hickory with farm-fresh bouquets wrapped and ready to ride shotgun home. And The Chai Box started with Monica Sunny teaching her boys the family chai ritual - now her Kerala-spiced blends taste like home in cities everywhere.

A showcase of creativity, precision, and skill - judged live in front of thousands of coffee lovers.
