Hello! My name is Lys and I have officially rebranded my art account! I’m the artist behind Pipe Dream. My whole life I have been told that pursing art is a pipe dream. Something too fantastical to be real or come to fruition. I was convinced for a good majority of my life that I need to put that “pipe dream” on the back burner and do what’s expected of me. I tried that and it didn’t work. Everyday I wake up and this pipe dream is all I can think about. So f**k it, I’m gonna do it. No matter what it takes.
If you’ve followed me for sometime on this account, my background has been custom apparel, mainly sneakers, jackets, bags. I’ve been in a creative rut for years trying to find my style and after years of personal and professional development I found it. I found it in leather, linocutting/printmaking, and tattooing. My dream is to be a tattoo artist one day and I am hard at work practicing and building a portfolio doing so. I appreciate all the love and support I have gotten over the years.
