What is the difference between bidding and upgrading on a cruise line?

We get a lot of questions from customers about the bidding process through the cruise lines. You get an email directly from the cruise line regarding bidding for a cabin upgrade. Not everyone receives these emails, and unfortunately, we have no control or ability to assist with this process as it is handled directly by the cruise line. It is not guaranteed.

When you pay to upgrade through the cruise line's casino department, we can assist with this process. We can get you pricing on their many options if there is availability. We can also assist in picking the cabin's location so you can decide what works best for you. This IS guaranteed.

Pricing may differ between the two options. Since one option guarantees you get exactly what you want, it is worth looking at your options.
