Producer points are worthless… until they’re not. 🤔🙄⁉️

🚨 Producer points aren’t payment.

Too many producers spend weeks making records for “a percentage.”

Here’s the problem:

A percentage of $0 is still $0.

Producer points should be the bonus.

Not the deal.

Get paid for your work.

The older I get, the less I believe in charging by the hour.

Here’s why.

If it takes me 20 minutes today to do something that took me 4 hours ten years ago...

Why should I get paid less?

Clients aren’t paying for my time.

They’re paying for the years it took me to get that fast.

The mistakes.
The failures.
The experience.

Charging by the hour rewards being slow.

Experience rewards getting results.

Maybe that’s an unpopular opinion.
