Ve-Go Food Truck means Vegan on the Go, and they'll be on site at Cancel Culture Court: The People vs Vegetables on Fri April. 10 and Sat April 11th at 8pm at Starlight on 22nd. Ve-Go was started by chef Akil and Pastry chef Paris Courtney in 2019. They proudly serve the Charlotte and Concord areas.

A regular on Hot Ones and Epicurious, Ed is a legendary pepper breeder and founder of the PuckerButt Pepper Company in South Carolina. He is renowned for creating the world's hottest chili peppers. He developed the Guinness World Record-holding Carolina Reaper and the subsequent record-holder, Pepper X. He has been featured on Netflix’s We Are the Champions, along with countless other food and science platforms.
