I'm excited to be offering this class here in Charlotte on Thursday, November 7!!! Come dance with us at Be Yoga. 7:30 PM!

One of the things that Qoya strives to do to empower those who come to class is offer them the freedom to choose how they want to move.

There's often suggestions to experiment going slower or faster, making the movement bigger or smaller, but always being in choice in how you want to move.

Our biggest challenges in life are often to heal the wounds of when we felt we didn't have the freedom to choose what aligned with our mind, body, heart and soul or that choice was taken from us. The hope is that in strengthening our capacity to be authentic in movement in a Qoya class, we embody this courage more in our lives.

A space that encourages us to come as we are and feel how we really feel is a gift and we each have the freedom to choose whether we would like to receive it.

On Thursday, November 7, we gather to dance with the Freedom to Choose. This is a beautiful class that will be shared by Qoya around the world. All women are welcome! No prior experience is necessary.
