Final 2026 Senior Spotlight🎓
Gracyn Parnell

Gracyn will be graduating from Pine Lake Preparatory as President of Science National Honor Society, Secretary of Excel Club, and Coach for the PLP K-5 Junior Engineers. She will graduate having also completed her 4-year engineering capstone!

Next year, she will be attending the University of Maryland to study biomedical engineering and public policy.

Gracyn began dancing at 3 years old and her favorite style is ballet / pointe.

“My favorite thing about Dance Fever is how I was able to fall back in love with dance again, and it truly became a place where I could escape all of my worries instead of being where my worries came from! It allowed me to explore other styles outside of just ballet and modern for the first time, and improv with Ms. Nikki every Tuesday is something I will super miss!”

Senior Spotlight 🎓

Emma Marchio

Emma will be graduating from her homeschool program along with Rowan Cabarrus Community College earning both her high school diploma and an associate’s degree!

She plans to attend Wingate University, majoring in psychology and minoring in neuroscience. Emma hopes to join the Wingate Bulldogs dance team😍

Emma has been dancing since 4 years old and loves contemporary and musical theater. She is a long time member of our competition team, works the front desk at both locations and even joined our teaching staff this year. Her first group of preschool students will take this stage this recital!

“I love how Dance Fever feels like home no matter how long you have been there. And the teachers that make it such a fun and creative environment! I will miss all of the teachers and staff. But I will especially miss coming into the studio everyday and getting to hangout with all of my best friends who have become like sisters to me”

We sure will miss you too, Emma! Congratulations 🎉🎉

Senior Spotlight 2026🎓

Lily Corl

Lily will be graduating from Bradford Preparatory School as a member of National Honors Society, Model UN and Mock Trial. She will graduate with Honors and AP Capstone Diploma!

Next up, Lily plans to attended Auburn University to study history and agriculture in the pre-law track.

Lily started dancing at 7 years old and her favorite style is Ballet.

“My favorite thing about Dance Fever is how much of a close knit community we are. It feels like everybody is a part of one big family. I will definitely miss seeing my friends almost everyday most!”

We couldn’t agree more, Lily! We will miss seeing you almost everyday too. You can join us in our next Alumni dance though😉

Introducing the graduating class of 2026🎓🎓

First up, Justice Akrie!
Justice will be graduating from York Comprehensive High School where she participates in FFA, Mu Alpha Theta, and English Honor Society.

She plans to attend North Carolina A&T State University and major in Animal Science with plans to become a Veterinarian!

Justice began dancing at age 4. Her favorite styles are Hip Hop, Jazz and Tap and is a member of our senior competition team.

What’s your favorite thing about Dance Fever?
Being able to create so many memories and strong bonds throughout the years.

What will you miss the most?
I’ll miss celebrating with my friends, and our pow-wows during Thursday classes!

We will miss seeing your big smile and personality both in the studio and on the stage! Congratulations, Justice 🎉🎉🎉🎉
