I want to show you what it actually takes to find a space for a tattoo studio in the US.
It took me almost 6 months of searching, checking locations, dealing with landlords, zoning, permits, requirements, negotiations… and a lot of stress 😅
And after all that, I almost made my 5-year lease mistake signing a lease for a space that I realized wasn’t actually right for my studio.
I was literally one step away from locking myself into it for 5 years and potentially losing a lot of money.
Opening a tattoo studio sounds easy until you actually try to do it.
So I decided to show you the whole process what went wrong, what I learned, and how close I came to making a very expensive mistake.
