🎨✍️When art and music meet — today’s FabFest Friday features Beatles 4 Sale and Ava Foley!
While listening to the first tribute band of the day, Ava started sketching the four musicians who traveled from Nashville to perform at FabFest. Afterward, she approached John Tosco and asked if she could meet the band and ask them to autograph her drawing — and the guys loved it! They were so honored they gave her lots of band swag, and took their picture with the budding artist! British Revolution (Beatles4Sale)
Ava was drawn to FabFest as an artist who entered the with a beautiful illustration of song lyrics from a Rubber Soul classic: “I took inspiration from the Beatles song, Norwegian Wood, and its story that it beholds, with the w**e and the tub that he sleeps in, to the flames that he lit to her house.“
Later, wearing knee-high boots and an A-line dress in period pastel green with a groovy swirl down the center, Ava won 2nd Place Youth Fashion in the first-ever 60s Fashion & Costume Contest at FabFest!
