Drama Club of Charlotte proudly welcomes aboard the very talented Apratim De!! 🤝

Apratim is a screenwriter and filmmaker seduced easily by human behaviour and relationships, and ways in which cultures interact and evolve. His endeavours to make films with an interdisciplinary approach towards the human condition have been polished over the years both academically and through hands-on experiences, all of which have culminated in his visual and writing aesthetics.

Recently, “Lost Luna”, an independent film, of which Apratim is the writer, director and music director, has been travelling lands and seas for screening at several festivals all over the world. 'Best Short Film, Gold Award' at New York City Indie Film Awards (January, 2020), Best Background Music at Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival (2020) and an Honourable Jury Mention at Mumbai Shorts International Film Festival (2019) are some of the awards and recognitions the film has received. It will soon be available for a wider audience to watch.
