Last Thursday Ryan Sharp signed his letter of intent to play Valorant at Northwood University. We are so proud of Ryan and cannot wait to see his success at the next level. Thank you to everyone who came to the signing and made it such a special event!

During this Spring esports season Tayshon Whitfield was awarded All State honors by MiHSEL for Overwatch. Tayshon’s gameplay, leadership and commitment have been great assets for our program. Great job Tayshon!

Today we had 3 teams competing at the MiHSEF State Finals.

The Rocket League team was back this year after a few years off. Milo and Finn had a great season and auto qualified for the state finals. They played hard and finished in the top 16.

The Super Smash Bros team won an exciting play-in match last week to qualify for finals. Dani, Easton and Hunter did their best and were able to place top 8.

The Overwatch team qualified for finals and looked to repeat their trophy performance from last year. After going 2-1 on the day they finished 3rd. Royce, Kim, Boden, Zenna, Tayshon, Quinn and Carsyn will be bringing a trophy back to Charlotte.

The Overwatch team will be playing in the MiHSEL playoffs today! They are currently in the round of 8 and looking to make the final four next week. Tune in at 4pm today to watch them compete.

We are a High School from Charlotte Michigan and started our Esports program in 2019. We compete in Valorant, Super Smash Bros, Overwatch 2 and Apex Legends.

Your Charlotte Orioles are competing today at 5pm EST in the ISEA National Championship against other high schools all over the United States in Apex Legends!

Competition is a "Match Point" format, meaning the action will be intense, and to win means having to earn points fast, but get the big win against 19 other teams trying to deny it! Should be thrilling to experience.

Well after several hours of gameplay, Charlotte is 1 trophy heavier, and these kids are $1,000 richer! Congratulations to all of these amazing players, and way to set the tone for April 26th at states!
