TEAM SHINING CROWN ALL STARS is excited about the 14th Annual Easter Seals UCP Walk with Me Event @ Freedom Park in Charlotte, NC on September 28! Registration starts at 9 am and the walk begins at 10 am!

Shining Crown Productions & The Miss Southeast U.S. of America System will be participating yet again this year! We will be sponsoring & hosting a temporary tattoo, kite decorating & face painting table for ESUCP children as well as raising money for this wonderful organization that helps children & adults managing disabilities and mental health challenges. We're committed to making a difference. Every dollar we raise benefits Easter Seals UCP children & adults. Please give what you can! If you register and join our team, you will receive lunch & a t-shirt...and be helping a great cause! Hello Shining Crown Pageant Friends! We have had our lovely queens make appearances & help out at the Blakeney Family Fun Fest for the last 2 years. For anyone that is interested, please feel free to wear your crown & sash and attend this fun event that benefits The Salvation Army as well as Boys & Girls Clubs. Friday, June 7, 2013 from 4-9 pm. Please share pictures if you plan on attending! :o)

Happy Monday! Easter Seals UCP has thankfully been selected as the benefitting charity of Run For Your Life’s – Charlotte’s Largest Office Party 5k on Friday, April 19th in the evening. As a part of this partnership we are helping them to recruit 70 volunteers for the day of the event to help them facilitate the logistical portion of the event. If you or anyone you know are able to volunteer that night, we would be thrilled to have you and below is the information on the volunteer needs for this event for your review.

Event: Charlotte’s Largest Office Party 5k presented by Run For Your Life

Date: Friday, April 19th

Time: For this event, there will be one volunteer shift from 4:00 to 8:30 pm (70 volunteers needed for this shift)

Location: Uptown Charlotte – by the NASCAR Hall of Fame

Tasks: Volunteers will be assisting with race logistics such as registration, course monitoring, water station facilitating, start/finish line assistance and much more.
