APOLOGIES TO OUR FRIENDS & FANS . . . . (sorry for the 1st typo)

As many of you know, the MTV Video Music Awards were aired last night on CBS. (I guess because they don’t show music videos on MTV anymore, or so I heard from Lee Kelley, LOL)
We hope you’re not too disappointed that our song and video for “I’LL BE THERE” didn’t qualify or make MTV’s list of nominees.

Congratulations to a classy Taylor Swift for her recognition, and thanks to Bruno for producing all of his good music that the kids and most of us in CBM world can appreciate.

Anyway, just thought it may be a good excuse to re-post a link to our song video. LOL We’re blessed to be where we are, and We Ain’t Leavin’ Carolina!

Thank you all for including 2MS in six of the categories! (Not including our Don Leonard’s Hall of Fame induction in November.)

NOTICE!!!
Whoever left us with an entire pan of delicious looking chocolate brownies this past Friday night at City Lake Park in Albemarle . . . THANK YOU!!!! They looked great and most of us were waiting until after the show to eat a couple with a diet soda.
ALSO, please know that STEVE emptied the entire pan of the delicious looking chocolate brownies on the dusty backstage floor, picked them up and threw them in the garbage. He's goes about his tearing down the equipment hoping we had forgot about them!
WE DID NOT FORGET! THEY WERE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES!
ALSO again, please know that Steve was scolded by each of us individually and confessed to this tragedy!
They looked so good!!!!!!!

Thu 10 - Pittsboro NC - M2 Graphics - 5 - 8 PM - FREE - Robyn & Rebecca provide our t-shirts and various other merch, and this is their “Thank You for 15 Years” Anniversary party that is open to the public. Bring a chair!!!

Fri 11 - Albemarle NC - City Lake Park @ 5:30 - 9 PM - It’s Food Truck Friday! It’s also 911. The 25th anniversary of a day that none of us will ever forget. While it’s not a celebration, Albemarle and 2MS have planned an entertaining evening with some good music and heartwarming moments as we all show respect for those who unnecessarily passed, remembering responders who gave their all, while honoring OUR local first responders, firemen, law enforcement officers, soldiers, and veterans.
Around 5:45 is when the Police Honor Guard will present the flag, and we’ll sing The National Anthem. DO join us for this.

Sat 12 - Jonesville NC - 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Lila Swain Park. 121 Delos Martin Drive, Jonesville NC - In case of rain it'll be in the neighboring Civic Center. It’s a FREE! Again, bring a chair . . . plan to dance!

Big thanks to Tommy & Kim Beachum, the shaggers and stars of our "I'll Be There" video, for joining us @ Scallywag's Bar & Grill at Badin Lake Marina on Monday! Glad Ronnie could hitch a ride w/'em! And Johnny B . . . . well, no comment, LOL!
Sunday we were honored to help raise over $10k in 4 hours for "Shoes for Kids" @ Old Barn Winery in W. Jefferson . . . GREAT AFTERNOON!
Saturday night on Edisto Island for their Annual Beach Festival (where did all these people come from!!! FUN NIGHT!) was our first time as was Friday and a killer uptempo night at Carolina Beach and a HOT evening in Elizabethtown on Thursday.
