Peter and the Wolf is coming to Charleston! 🐺🎻

This week, Bill Barclay makes his debut with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra in Prokofiev’s iconic tale for young people. Bill plays every single role, from brave little Peter to the hungry wolf, the duck, the bird, the cat, and grumpy Grandpa, all from memory and in full costume, with the orchestra bringing each character to life in music.

This production was first created for the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra and was brought back twice to Symphony Hall in Boston by popular demand. Now it’s Charleston’s turn!

It’s the perfect first trip to the orchestra for kids, and just as much fun for the grown-ups. Bring the whole family!
