For anyone that hasn't been to our new shop location, here are some pics highlighting just a sample of the cool stuff you'll find at Silver Spoons Hits The Spot located at 510 6th Street Downtown Charleston on the historic square. Besides cool merchandise we have a free arcade room, a play area for toddlers, retro video game systems set up to play, and more!. We are still working on our hand dipped ice cream section that will be coming soon. It will feature all the flavors you grew to love from the We Li Kit Farm Stand and some original creations by us. Open Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 6pm.

For the second weekend in a row Anthony Livingston and Lydia-Mary Livingston will be operating that big green beast at Mack Moore Shoes serving the exceptional We Li Kit Farmstand ice cream at the annual Shop a Little Longer event!

Also, we heard you, and have decided to add a smaller bowl and come size to our menu! Calling it our Kid Cup or Cone, it's a REASONABLE DOSE of sweetened dairy goodness.

Just enough to hit the spot while not sending anyone into a diabetic shock of course! Just a reminder that sprinkles are ALWAYS free and our toppings individually are only 25 cents! Make anything classic with whipped cream and cherry for only 50 cents!

Lydia here. The Window of OPPORTUNITY got some colorful upgrades this morning.

When a customer recommended we have a hopscotch on the floor as we had at the old shop, I agreed happily.

We are always upgrading around here. Some upgrades are so much easier than others!

County Market kids Day today and we are there selling ice cream!

As per a customer recommendation, we are sampling some potential news providers for ice cream.
We make no guarantees as the ultimate goal is to make our own but we are working to bring hand-dipped ice cream to the square.

And, honestly, this may be the best part of prep work!

Lydia meant to take GLAMOROUS food shots but it's REALLY HARD to not just dig in!

Silver Spoons Hits The Spot staff sharing a Siam Thai meal! Got the goodies, spring rolls, yellow curry, pad Thai, chicken satay! Absolutely delicious.

If you haven't had Siam Thai, we SERIOUSLY cannot recommend enough! 20/10 our favorite! Spring rolls make for a great summer picnic! Yellow curry is delicious all year round but will definitely warm you through for the winter.

Pad Thai is so full of flavor. Equally as much flavor as chicken satay and peanut sauce!

Things we didn't get here but also recommend:

Egg Rolls
Orange Chicken
Seafood Pho
Panang Curry

Realistically, we have just barely scratch the surface of all things delicious on the Siam Thai menu!

Someone left their phone in our arcade. It was either this morning between 11:00 and noon, or it could have been Saturday. It was just found today. If anyone recognizes it please let the owner know, it is here safe at the shop.

Just a little construction update.

There is no rest for the wicked strong. Check out those muscles on Anthony Livingston as he takes out the first piece of plywood of the loft that we have to remove/raise.
