Introducing Third Pace Run Club š
A weekly community run built for people who want movement to feel a little less transactional and a little more human. This isnāt about PRs, split times, or proving anything. Itās about fresh air, familiar faces, conversations that happen somewhere between mile one and coffee after, and creating another place to belong inside this community.
Some people will run fast. Some people will run/walk. Some people will come mostly for the people. All of it counts.
Leading the club is Dr. Rachel Heller ā someone who embodies exactly what we hope this becomes. Rachel brings a rare mix of depth, steadiness, intelligence, and approachability to the experience. She understands movement not just as performance, but as connection, resilience, and care for the whole person. The kind of person who makes showing up feel less intimidating the second you meet her.
