Calling all aspiring performers ages 9–12! Join us for a fun-filled week of singing, dancing, and acting as we bring beloved musicals to life. Campers will learn songs, choreography, and staging inspired by favorites like Annie, The Sound of Music, Seussical, and The Greatest Showman--while building confidence, creativity, and teamwork along the way.

The week concludes with a Broadway revue-style mini showcase for family and friends!

Step into the spotlight with this 5-day musical theatre foundation camp! Students will explore singing, acting and dancing while developing stage presence and performance confidence on Wright Denny's stage, through fun warm-ups and creative drama games. As a group, they will learn songs, choreography and staging from a variety of favorite musicals, culminating in a Broadway revue-style mini showcase for family and friends.

🎶 Music & Movement (30-minute structured lesson)
Dance with scarves like fluttering butterflies, and move like woodland animals with engaging songs, rhythm instruments, bubbles, and parachute play!

📖 Story Time
Enjoy sweet stories including "How to Catch a Garden Fairy," "Spring in the Forest," and "There’s A Dragon in Your Book."

🎨 Creative Craft
Make your own beaded butterfly (with a touch of “fairy dust” ✨) and a beautiful pipe cleaner flower bouquet to take home (which makes a great Mother’s Day gift)!

Happy World Theatre Day! 🎭

Music and theatre have had a healing power in my life. For me it's therapeutic and fun--and a great escape from the real world.

It can help you....
- Improve your public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Learn the value of team work
- Develop more empathy
- Gain more confidence
- Become more outgoing
- Learn how to deal with criticism and rejection
- Become more in-tune with your thoughts, feelings, and body
And so much more!

And if you don't have much interest acting or helping out backstage, you can still find joy and an appreciation for theatre by just simply watching it. So go see a show!
