FROM OUR CAST AND CREW, THANK YOU!

A HUGE thank you to our patrons, sponsors, friends, families, and community for making Little Shop of Horrors such an unforgettable experience! Your support, energy, and enthusiasm helped bring our little shop to life—and we promise, no one was fed to the plant (we think).

We’d also like to take a moment to recognize some of the many people who helped bring this production to life…

…to our incredible construction and tech teams for their creativity, adaptability, and craftsmanship. You brought the world of Little Shop to life, from Skid Row to the flower shop, and maybe even something a little bigger growing behind the scenes. A special thank you to John & Kristan Mast, Dustin McCarthy, Jason & Samantha Mast, Brandon May, Meg Turon, Ryan Nelson, Caleb Baldwin, Eva Hilliard, and Todd Nelson for their generous donation of time, materials, and support.

…to Eva Hilliard, Carrie Ishman, Edna Taylor, The Davis Family, Trent & Taylor Mast, and the many parents, friends, and volunteers who provided and served our tech week meals. Your generosity kept our cast and crew fueled through long rehearsals and late nights—and trust us, that made all the difference.

…to our Production Sponsors: Siren Streetwear, Blooms by E. Marie, The Whetstone Family Foundation, End of the Commons General Store, Grand Valley Lanes, and d.Mallan Photography & Design for their financial support and belief in our program. Your generosity makes opportunities like this possible for our students and allows us to continue sharing meaningful theatrical experiences with our community.

…to Kelli Sly and our box office team for managing ticket sales and serving as the first point of contact for our audiences. Your organization and welcoming presence set the tone for a great experience from the moment patrons arrived.

…to the administration, staff, and BOE of Bloomfield-Mespo Local for their continued support, flexibility, and encouragement throughout this process. Your support plays a vital role in making opportunities like this possible for our students. A special shout-out to Principal Hogue for being the voice or our narrator for our show!

…to Jeff Benton and the rest of the custodial staff for their extra support and for always going the extra mile to ensure our space is performance-ready. Thank you for your late nights, quick turnarounds, and for assisting with clean-up throughout the process..

…to Riley Matchinga, our choreographer, for choreographing this entire show in just five rehearsal days. Your creativity, efficiency, and dedication helped shape the movement and energy of this production in a truly remarkable way.

… to The Westfall Family for the donation of new light fixtures and helping pave the way for our Light the Stage Campaign.
..to Brent Whetstone for managing our Front of House Operations and providing generous donations for our concessions.
..to Stephanie Yeager our incredible hair and makeup designer for coming and giving cuts to students who needed it as well as styling wigs and making sure our cast was performance ready.

…to our friends and student volunteers from Cardinal High School Theater for running concessions during our opening night performance. Your support and willingness to jump in and help did not go unnoticed.
..Capture the Moment Photography for attending tech rehearsals and taking amazing production photos of our cast and set!

…to Shane Lynn and the Bedford County Players for the use of and guidance on our Audrey II puppets. Your support and expertise played a huge role in helping us bring one of the most iconic elements of this show to life.

…to our director team—Heather Whetstone, Kailey Hall, Drew Mast, Jenna Clevenger, Tasia Rought, Tamara Mast, and Izzy Whetstone—for their leadership, dedication, and countless hours spent supporting this cast and crew. Your guidance and commitment helped shape this production from the first rehearsal to final bows.

Thank you all—and remember, don’t feed the plant!

What a way to kick off our show!! 🤯🌱

We are still riding the high from an absolutely incredible opening night and a packed house that brought the energy from start to finish. There is nothing like live theatre when a crowd shows up ready to go—and you all showed UP.

This afternoon, we had the privilege of hosting a student matinee with 4 local drama clubs, welcoming over 60 students and directors into our space. Getting to share this show, connect with other programs, and celebrate student theatre together is exactly what this is all about. 💚

And the feedback has been unreal:
✨ "WOW! The set, the actors, the lights, incredible!"

✨ "Am I allowed to be jealous of this production over the one we did in high school?"

✨ "I saw this show in NY and this set was just as good! I'm so proud of the kids and their hard work."

✨ "The casting was so perfect! Every show we see here gets better and better!"

✨ "We don't know anyone involved personally, but we saw Addams Family and we loved it so much that we decided to come see this—and we LOVED THIS ONE MORE!"

✨ "Does your cast do any community theater? Because they definitely should!"

We could not be more proud of this cast, crew, and production team. The work they’ve put in is showing—and people are noticing.

Let’s pack the house ONE MORE TIME.
Join us for our closing performance tomorrow at 2 PM and help us send this show out the way it deserves. 🎭

🎟 Tickets available at the door beginning at 1pm!

Happy Opening Night to our cast and crew of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS!

We are very excited for tonight’s performance and we hope to see you there! Box office will open for at-the-door tickets at 6pm!

A few important details about this weekend’s performances:

The box office will open one hour before the show (6pm tonight and tomorrow and 1pm on Sunday) should you need to purchase tickets at the door.

It is highly recommended that if you purchased tickets online, that you print your tickets in advance (or screenshot them on your phone) as LTE service in the building can be unreliable at times. If you are having difficulty finding your tickets we can reprint them at the Box Office for you, we just need the first and last names on the order(s). House doors will open at 6:30pm (1:30pm Sun) with a curtain to rise at 7 (2pm Sun).

The show’s runtime excluding intermission is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. Please ensure you arrive early enough to be seated early so we can get the show started as on time as possible.

We cannot wait for you to join us this weekend!

Can’t make it tonight?? Catch the show tomorrow at 7pm or Sunday at 2pm.
