Get ready, Pittsboro—your weekend at The West End Emporium is going to be absolutely massive. Seriously, we’ve got three nights of pure q***r magic lined up, and you’re going to want to be there for all of it.

Here’s the game plan for the weekend:

Thursday, June 11 – Valentine’s Vibe Check: Need a break from the dating apps? Come hang out with us instead. D’Luca Valentine is hosting our q***r speed dating night, and it’s all about meeting real people and actually checking the vibe. Registration starts at 7:30 PM, and the fun kicks off at 8 PM.

Friday, June 12 – Sonic Spectrum Showcase: We’re turning the stage over to some incredible local q***r artists. Whether you’re into singer/songwriter acoustic sets or ready to rock out, we’ve got you covered. Come hear the full spectrum of sounds starting at 7 PM, featuring Khallori and some other local favorites.

Saturday, June 13 – West End After Dark: Saturday night is getting spicy! We’re hosting a full night of burlesque at The Emporium. Missy V. Sour is running the show, and trust me, you do not want to miss this energy. It’s an 18+ show starting at 8 PM.

🌲 Hike Club is BACK! 🥾✨

​It has been way too long, but we are finally bringing back Hike Club! We’re hoping to make this a regular thing again, so come out, get some fresh air, and help us kick off a new season of outdoor community vibes. As always, this is an intentionally welcoming, inclusive space for our q***r family and amazing allies to connect.

​For our big return, we’re heading to the gorgeous Eagle Spur Rail Trail!

​🗓️ Saturday, June 20th

⏰ 9:00 AM Rally | 9:15 AM Departure (Don't be late, we're hitting the trail right at 9:15!)

📍 Meet-up: Stagecoach Road trailhead (just past Hwy 751). Look for the dirt parking area right at the entrance. Carpooling is highly recommended!

🥾 The Trail: A super pretty, flat 5-mile out-and-back natural dirt path that winds through the woods and ends right at Jordan Lake. No crazy hills, just watch out for roots (and keep an eye out for bald eagles!).

🍔 Lunch: We’ll finish up right around lunchtime, so we’ll be heading to a spot nearby to grab a bite and keep the hang going for anyone who wants to join!

​What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes/boots, water, sunscreen, and bug spray.

​Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just want a casual morning stroll with great company, all are welcome!

Looking for the ultimate Sunday funday? On June 28th, The Lavender Social is taking over West End Emporium in Pittsboro for a day packed with incredible local vendors and a high-energy drag brunch!

Here’s the game plan:
🛍️ 10 AM – 3 PM | The Vendor Market: Show up early to browse and support some amazing local makers and artists. It's totally free to come hang out and shop!
👑 12 PM (Noon) | The Main Event: Grab your seats for a killer drag brunch hosted by the absolutely fabulous Diamond Sanchez XL! She'll be running the show alongside a stellar lineup featuring Ivy S Sanchez XS, Bea Quiet, and Kali Fuchis. They are going to bring down the house!
