Last couple times I demoed Even Goblins Fall In Love, my 8-bit JRPG love-letter to Dragon Quest, a bug resulted in some messed-up MISSINGNO-style enemies showing up.

Lali-Ho is one of those enemies. Now an official member of the roster.
