birth certificate school Id and parental consent you have to be 16 to get a tattoo with the forms required.

please if you are sick please reschedule do not come in artist will schedule you when they hace availability no exceptions. if rude or disrespectful we have right to refuse services. mask is optional due to covid-19 going around respect others. we are a busy shop we will not rush anybody's tattoo or piercings on there appointment. deposits are required all deposits are non-refundable even if payed in full our time and booking spots ain't free we appreciate you kindly.

It has been a great 14 yrs at that location I want to say thank you all for being apart of my journey and because of you all I have continued to better my art and enjoyed it. For after hours or late late night a deposit is required and a heads up in advance if for tattoos this was we can draw designs and then get you in for tattoo. I dnt book with out a deposit first.. process starts when deposit is made.
