Studio Z AZ offers Zumba® and other group fitness classes focused on having fun while getting fit. Our class schedule offers opportunities for improving flexibility, coordination, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Our Zumba® classes are out of this world fun and appropriate for all ages and skill levels.

Hey friends! I have wonderful news! The Studio will soon be reopening and you won't be disappointed! New owner, new name, more class options than ever before...same b***y shaking sound system, floors, friends, and welcoming experience your accustom to. I hope you will all will join me in fully supporting the new owner, Alex Prince, in her quest to keep our "happy place" alive and to provide you with the best workout on this side of the valley!!! Opening date, class schedule and pricing coming soon. She'll be honoring your punch passes for 30 days so keep your radar on and don't waste time getting in there as soon as she opens...it will be very soon! CONGRATS ALEX!!!!

Hey all of you amazingly beautiful Studio Z students! I have some very hard news to share. Studio Z will be closing Oct 1, 2015. My heart is with the Studio and with each of you but I am just not able to keep up the work, work, work schedule any longer. Many of you don't know but I have a 27 year career outside of the Studio so for the last 4 years I have been working full time as well as keeping up all of the responsibilities of running a business...from payroll to bookkeeping to taxes to cleaning to teaching most of the classes to planning, etc. Its been an amazing and life changing experience but its now time for a new exciting journey.

There are so many who have been a huge part of keeping Studio Z alive, I couldn't possibly do or say enough to thank MY MOM, Erika Waltz, Angela Vivian Diaz, Jessica Aguilar, Troy Temple, Jesse Ake, Tony Garcia, Carlos Tapia, Melanie Herring, Katherine Riggs, Jason Olson, Danny Labadie, Rolanda Galindo Polanco, and all of our committed students. I couldn't have picked a more wonderful group of people to have spent my evenings and weekends with! Each one of you were a lifesaver in your own way, I couldn't have done it without you!!!!!

If you have a punch card purchased in the past 3 months that has unused punches, please drop into a class before we close or PM me and I'll take care of you.

Be sure to join us Saturday at 8:00 am, Sunday at 9:00 am, Monday at 5:45 pm, Tuesday at 5:45 pm or Wednesday at 5:45 pm to talk about the possibilities from here :)
