If you've ever looked at wedding planning and thought "there has to be a simpler way to do this" then The Ember Room was built for you.

We are Champaign's only all-inclusive micro wedding venue and everything your day requires is already included when you book with us. No vendor coordination, no chasing down quotes from six different people, no wondering if everything is going to come together. You show up, you get married, and we handle every single detail in between.

Up to 36 guests and one price that includes your photography, licensed officiant, hair and makeup for two, florals, elevated grazing and charcuterie, a mocktail and soda bar, curated playlist, furniture, linens, place settings, decor, and full setup and teardown.

And if you're looking for a space for a bridal shower, baby shower, or intimate private event we have options for that too. 🤍

The Ember Room is a natural light loft studio space and our rates are $50 on weekdays and $65 on weekends for a 90 minute slot.

Come beat the heat in our air conditioned studio space this summer!

Photography rentals, small event rentals, content creation opportunities and more are all available in our loft studio space in Downtown Champaign.

Our weekday rate is $50 for a 90 minute slot and $65 for a weekend 90 minute slot.

You can book a free tour of the space or book your rental slot at the link in the comments.

We’ve had families, headshots/branding, bo***ir, and seniors already photographed in the space with local photographers.

You get full access to the studio, shared lobby, and shared restrooms. Plus customizable temperature control so its comfortable for you and your clients/guests.
