This is not something I want to post about but I think it shows my dedication to my craft..
2 weeks ago I got a call from a client stating my employee wasn’t doing their work and asked me to remedy the situation immediately. Of course I was upset to see the state of the tank and embarrassed that my employee would leave a tank looking that way. We made the 6 hour drive and found the tank in horrible condition. We gave it one of the deepest cleans we have ever given an aquarium and the results are stunning! These pictures with brown water are 2 weeks prior to the pictures I took today of it completely clean and clear. I was also told the aquarium was nearly completely clear the day after we had cleaned it. It feels good to see our dedication and knowledge of our industry pay off in such a huge way. I’m thankful for the client being understanding and working through this unfortunate situation with us and giving us a chance to make it right.
Ps: we no longer have an employee, we will be doing everything ourselves for the foreseeable future.
