A little rehearsal. A lot of team bonding. 🩷

Our Performance Group dancers came together for a night of practice, connection, and a Big & Little Sister reveal!

It’s nights like these that build more than great performances. They build friendships, encourage mentorship, and create a team that knows how to cheer for each other—on stage and off.

And a quick reminder: Balance does not close for Fall Break—classes run as usual all month long!

Sometimes a little fun is all it takes to encourage one more try.

Props, games and creative challenges help keep our Balance Beginnings students engaged and excited to practice while building skills and confidence along the way.

A big thank you to everyone who has already contributed to our diaper drive for Helping Mamas Atlanta!

There’s still time to add to the collection. All diaper sizes are welcome — including open packs.

Drop your donations in the bin at Balance through the end of September. Every diaper helps!

There’s a lot that happens before noon on a Saturday.

From our tumbling toddlers starting their morning on the obstacle course to older dancers and gymnasts building their skills, Saturdays are filled with movement, familiar faces and the kind of energy we love. And by afternoon, the birthday celebrations are getting started.

Just a one-day glimpse at what we love about Balance - fun, friendships and a community that keeps growing! 🩵
