Our birthday parties are packed with gymnastics, games, and plenty of time to celebrate with friends, all led by a dedicated Balance party host.

We make it easy for parents, too! Our staff help with setup, host the activities, and take care of cleanup so you can enjoy the celebration.

Our Gym Stars kicked off the season with a team-building party filled with games, laughs, and a little tie-dye fun! It was a chance to connect outside of practice, get creative, and build the friendships that make being part of a team so special.

Here’s to supporting each other, cheering each other on, and having plenty of fun along the way. We can’t wait to see what our Gym Stars accomplish together this season!

That's why we created Balance Beginnings. From toddlers through age 7, our gymnastics curriculum uses monthly themes and imaginative activities to introduce new skills in a way that keeps kids moving, learning, and excited to come back each week.

Now enrolling for our Ballet + Gymnastics Combo class. Designed for ages 3–5, students spend 30 minutes exploring ballet through movement, music, and props before heading to the gym for tumbling, trampoline, beam, vault, and bars.
And the fun doesn’t stop in class—students will also perform a dance on stage in Balance’s May recital!

👶 POP-UP Baby Wearing Dance Class (Tomorrow!) – Dance, bond, and move with your little one while connecting with other moms.
🎉 Back to Balance Bash (Sat, 8/8) – Play on our gym obstacle course, enjoy light refreshments, be amazed by a magician, and shop class attire before the season begins!
🩵 Fall Classes Start (Mon, 8/10) – We can't wait to welcome new and returning students for our biggest season yet!
