Choreography Spotlight: Raqs Noir! Starts this Thursday Oct 15 @ 6:30pm with Faaridah
An 8-week choreography class where the elegance of Raqs Sharqi meets the dark, slinky allure of Fusion! We will build on foundational belly dance technique, including crisp contractions, juicy shimmies, intricate hipwork, and fluid isolations, while incorporating the hypnotic, serpentine movements of Fusion. Expect to push your technique, explore new textures, and embrace your darker, more expressive side!
Come ready to challenge yourself, move with intention, and unleash your inner Raqs Noir! Rehearsal schedule and costuming will be discussed in class!
