Belated Maryland Mystic Festival Vendor List, Thank You AND Updates:

We want to start off with a quick note about this post:
This full vendor lineup was originally intended to be finalized and posted before the festival!
- But, as many of you know, there are endless moving parts when it comes to putting on an event—especially a full-scale festival

While we’ve been working on expanding our team to help lighten the workload, almost all of the admin, coordination, and marketing still falls directly on us as Founders (Kristen & Justin,)

We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting this up!
Unlike some event organizers who gatekeep their vendor lists, we firmly believe in full transparency and sharing who was with us because it’s only fair to you and your future vending opportunities.

To all of our incredible vendors from the Maryland Mystic Festival—thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!
Being our first year bringing the festival to Maryland, we could not have pulled it off without your amazing energy, unique goods, and dedication
We are endlessly grateful for each and every one of you who joined us on this new journey.

As we look toward the future, we’ve taken time to reflect on everything this first year taught us

We’re working hard behind the scenes and implementing key changes across multiple areas to ensure our festival continues to grow in a sustainable, positive way

One major adjustment we are making for next year is reducing our total vendor count to keep foot traffic, competition, and sales fair and reasonable for everyone involved

We’ll also be tweaking several other aspects of the fest to refine the overall experience!

Looking Ahead to 2027

Tentative Dates: June 11th–13th, 2027

Venue Status: If you haven't heard yet, our tentative dates are set, and we expect to know if we're approved for the venue again sometime after tomorrow (September 3rd)

Send Positive Vibes: Please send all the good energy and positive vibes toward the board members as they review our request to make these dates official!

An event of this scale truly takes a village, and we were incredibly blessed to have an absolute powerhouse of a team leading the charge. Words cannot fully express our gratitude for the dedication, quick thinking, and hard work this crew put in over the weekend.

Marianne went completely above and beyond handling our weekend logistics! Not only did she meticulously design the vendor maps, but she also acted as an amazing shield for us—filtering and filing vendor feedback to review after the festival so we could stay focused on the ground without getting overwhelmed by the things we couldn't control (like the wind speeds!)

🤝 Volunteer Coordinator: Halfrican Parker Andrew Parker (AKA DJ Half-Hack3d )
When official volunteer sign-ups came in lower than expected, Andrew completely stepped up, stayed laser-focused, and kept morale high! (And yes, he’s also an awesome DJ for hire!)
A huge, special shout-out to the two official volunteers who did show up and worked their hearts out: Sage & Charlie—you two are absolute rockstars! 🎸

Steve Psybod ( Our Velocity Productions ): Thank you for seamlessly leading and managing our incredible DJ Performers Stage & Schedule!

Jenn ( Illumanize LLC ): Thank you for masterfully managing the Main Stage Performers and keeping the energy alive all weekend!

🚀 The Ultimate Clutches: Shiki Fox & Josh Noble
Last, but certainly not least, a massive, monumental thank you to Shiki Fox (AKA DJ White Girl Wasted ) and Josh Noble (AKA DJ/Roaming Performer Statik Sky) When both our Workshop Coordinator and Roaming Performer Coordinator had to cancel the literal day before the gates opened, these two stepped right into the fire without hesitation. They saved the day, managed the chaos beautifully, Helped with a few various decor tasks, and we are forever grateful for your rescue mission! 😭🙌

A Huge Thank You to the Queen Anne’s County 4-H Park for hosting our recent event! 🌾✨

The facilities were absolutely perfect for what we needed, and the beautiful, spacious grounds made for a wonderful atmosphere.
A special shoutout and thank you to the board members for their dedication and support behind the scenes, and to the groundskeeper Tyler for working hard to keep the venue looking great and ensuring our restrooms were fully stocked and supplied throughout the event!

We truly appreciate everyone's support in helping everything run smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring everyone together! 🧻💚
