🎣🌧️ Kids’ Fishing Rodeo is TOMORROW Rain or Shine! 🌧️🎣

The fish are biting, the pond is ready, and we can’t wait to see kids, parents, and grandparents making memories together! 🐟💙

We may have a few light showers, so toss a raincoat or poncho in the car and come on out. We should dry off quickly and have a fin-tastic time together! 😄

🎣 Kids’ Fishing Rodeo
🕘 Saturday at 9:00 AM
📍 2992 County Road 7, Leesburg, AL

🐠 Don’t have a fishing pole? No problem! We’ll have poles available to use, plus bait, fishing supplies, help from experienced fishermen, and lunch for everyone!

🪑 Bring a lawn chair, your family, and get ready for a reel good morning of fun, laughter, and memory-making together!

📝 A parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver tomorrow.

💙 You do not have to be a member of First Baptist Centre to join us. Invite a friend and come have fun with us!

05/06/2026

Due to the threat of strong storms and possible flooding, all Wednesday activities after 4 PM are cancelled today.

We will still have our 3 PM Bible Study, “Great Hymns of the Faith,” with Pastor Eddie Nation.

As the weather moves in, let’s be in prayer for our community. Pray for protection over families, for first responders and utility workers, and for peace for those who may be anxious.

We don’t make these decisions lightly. Your safety matters to us. Stay safe, stay weather-aware, and we’ll see you soon.

No pickleball this Saturday at the ROC!

We’re making room for a very special event. The CCHS Class of 1966 is celebrating its 60th Class Reunion! 🎉

That means the gym will be full of stories, laughter, and reunions for the class of Gary Hardin, George Scroggins, John Ward, and many other local legends.

We’ll see our pickleball crew back on the court soon! Thanks for understanding.
