PSA., Our Grinch from Find Santa at 1403 Nelms Ave was out at Walmart on The evening of Black Friday. In the past I had a manager give me permission to walk the store and greet their customers. I was told I personally couldn't record or take pictures, however the customers were. I completely agreed. This would have been my 3rd yr visiting Walmart. Unfortunately on this particular evening I was asked to remove my mask from management and store security. I had a short conversation with the person in charge and the one wanted me to remove the mask that evening and I explained that I've had permission and I had no issues in the past. Until now . I was polite and did what she asked and asked for the highest management there. Unfortunately that person wasn't available. His name is Shannon. So this morning I went out and spoke with him and he said he would look into it further and give me an answer. I told him everything that the one gave me permission in the past had said. Now I know this person may not even be employed there any more that's why I ask to speak to the highest management there. As of now the Grinch isn't allowed to be at Walmart with a mask on. That's on hold until I hear back from them. If this isn't allowed I want everyone to know this was strictly a Walmart decision and I have to respect that and I can no longer give their customers (community) any smiles there. Stay tuned for the answer. Ps if you know any managers at Walmart please let them know you support this. Thanks for your attention. As for Santa the lady that evening said that Santa was ok because they can see my face. I will say if the Grinch isn't allowed I will not do Santa there either. Which really sucks for my community because this is why we do what we do. This isn't really a rant and I completely respect there decision. Just a huge loss for our community.
