Yoga was 🔥 !!! Thanks Santara for introducing an amazing new class to CPCC Fitness and thanks to everyone who came out to practice with us! We are feeling more strong and centered already 💪🧘‍♀️

If you missed last night's demo class...fear not, starting in June you can get your yoga flow on every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15pm and then she will bring a powerful sunrise session at 5:30am on Fridays!

The Community Center will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day.

Join us tomorrow morning at 8am for our FITNESS MARATHON...then we will reopen with our normal hours and fitness schedule on Tuesday. Have a safe and enjoyable long weekend!
